This book helps students to become familiar with not only the "where" of Middle Eastern countries, but the "who" as well by visiting with the heart of any culture: families.
Through the readings assigned from a few additional living books, you'll learn firsthand about the daily experiences of families who are natives of the Middle East. Also, you'll find map drills that will fix the locations of these countries firmly in your child's mind.
The lessons in this volume are engaging and thought-provoking, yet they can be adapted to suit students of any age. I highly recommend this book for your family.
