  • 25 Warm up, and do soccer jump. Do this everyday this week.
  • 26 Warm up, and do some jumps. Learn agility, and make a drill area. Do this every day.
  • 27 Warm up, do jumps and agility practice. Watch the soccer training video, and practice each move. Walk once you are done. You can do this every day.
  • 28 Do your exercises: warm up, jump, agility, changing directions, and now cool down. You can do this every day.
  • 29 Catch the healthy food.
  • 30 Learn Volleyball rules, study some vocab, and look at pictures
  • 31 Continue to warm up and cool down, but use the new drills:. jump rope, and quick skips. Do these every day
  • 32 Continue to warm up and cool down. New drills: line drill and turn ons
  • 33 Continue to warm up and cool down. New drills: free jumps; jump and stick
  • 34 Continue to warm up and cool down. New drills: quarter eagle and balance pick up game
  • 35 Continue to warm up and cool down. New drills: skip and crossover; carrioca
  • 36 Continue to warm up and cool down. New drills: linear lateral and crossover run/slide
