Food for Thought and Discussion
Reviewed by Parent/Teacher
Though this well-written book contains many interesting events and facts that are not usually explained in the typical Pocahontas stories, its anti-Christian slant offers a lot of food for discussion. I would not recommend the book for younger children; even though the reading level would be fine, the worldview and "all religions are equal" mentality could cause confusion.
