This is the list of weekly Memory Verses recommended in the Foundations 1: Preparation for Christ described below. A family Bible study. A chronological flow of the Bible designed to give children a firm understanding of why Christ came to earth by studying the Old Testament and learning of their need for a Savior. Includes Bible Memory Verses, Bible Drill Competitions (to learn the order of the books of the Bible and practice finding verses quickly), as well as recommendations for providing correlating coloring pages, activity pages, and notebooking activity suggestions for each day. Daily readings come straight from the Bible itself, but large portions are skipped in order to keep focus on scriptures revealing our need for a Savior.
