A wide variety of games that can be played with only two students (or more) and minimal equipment. Written by a veteran PE teacher who adapted traditional playground and PE games for homeschoolers' needs. Lots of great ideas; some even include academic reviews as a component.

Do you need a book that can teach you some physical fitness techniques? Or are you in need of some games to play? If this fits you, then you might consider purchasing this book. There are many ideas and possibilities in this book for the average home schooling family to try and do.
Just a thought though...While I think that it can be a very useful book, our family personally finds plenty of things to do to stay physically fit since we live out in the country. Between running, riding bikes, long walks, horseback riding, outdoor chores, etc., we don't find the need to do any "extras" from a book.
