Math Mammoth 3B

Math Mammoth Light Blue Series books are a complete elementary mathematics curriculum. Some main features of the curriculum are: * The lessons focus o conceptual understanding. * The explanations are written for the student, and so the lessons are practically self-teaching. * The lessons employ lots of visual and pattern exercises. * The curriculum is mastery oriented: it concentrates fairly long on a specific topic, and fewer topics are studied per grade than in spiral curricula. * It emphasizes mental math and number sense. * The program requires very little teacher preparation.
